At ItalMod Furniture, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our Italian-inspired designs and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece does not perfectly complement your home, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item in its current condition.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully Repackage the furniture in its original protective wrapping and boxes to ensure the item is not damaged during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and confirms it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
